The automotive industry routinely resists modern outreach approaches when it comes to selling their products and services. Although they would benefit immensely from a more creative approach, large corporations resist working with smaller companies, which is the only way to innovate and be truly creative. So, we needed to convince (and then prove to) Vianor that our app would truly expedite matters within a usually-sluggish corporate setting.
WHAT WE DID
Using modern cross-platform development approaches, we dived deeply into Vianor’s business to uncover their pain points, problems and predicaments and to discover their employees’ expectations and frustrations when selling their products. As a result of our discoveries, we created a mobile app to bridge the gap between our client’s desires and the attainment of his company goals. Development of the perfect app for Vianor took 18 months.
Upon rollout of the customized mobile app, Vianor enjoyed an almost-immediate 18% boost in tire sales. We designed the mobile app to serve 28 regions, 68 cities and 296 tire centers, for a total of approximately 26,000 company clients. We designed the app to fill out and execute orders for processing tires and tire center services and to fill out and track the guarantee and its status.
