The challenge here was to lift Clarity Recruitment above the normal “noise level” in the industry and differentiate it enough that prospective candidates would take a closer look and enlist. In this industry, it’s vital to recruit many hires quickly, so it’s crucial to be innovative when it comes to business processes and technology.
WHAT WE DID
Over a period of nine months, Clever Crew redesigned the candidate experience from the ground up. We created a minimalistic, aesthetically-pleasing website to showcase Clarity’s expertise and credibility. (Sadly, most recruitment sites overwhelm visitors with unnecessary information.) We emphasized Clarity’s specialization, categorizing jobs based on function (Financial Planning, Analysis, etc.) rather than displaying them in an itemized list. Doing it this way helped the user quickly find the jobs they specialized in. We systemized the job descriptions. Clarity’s website now showcases the quality of the company’s screening process by way of transparent job descriptions that reveal company culture, skills requirements, and the challenges that candidates will face in the various roles.
There was a 93% increase in the time new candidates stayed on the Clarity website
