THE CHALLENGE
Field engineers in the drilling industry were hindered by an outdated app that was cumbersome and lacked real-time insights. The existing solution, developed by another team, failed to provide a good UI/UX experience, and it was tough to understand the app.
THE RESULT
We took over the old app and partnered closely with the product's founding tech team to create a powerful, user-friendly Drill Bit Analyzer. Now, engineers can enter drilling data, attach photos of their drill bits, and receive instant analytics, damage assessments, and personalized recommendations - streamlining operations and boosting productivity on-site
